Carrier Network Only: Managed & Non-Managed services customers must report trouble issues directly to their service providers and obtain a unique ticket number
Only open/unresolved trouble tickets can be escalated
TeleSource Professional Services customers report trouble issues directly to TeleSource via our helpdesk (24x7), main office (8x5) or direct extension
A certified Engineer will be assigned to the ticket and reach out to the assigned customer contact to address and resolve the issue
Non-Standard Support (not on-site, ie: remote) agreements are scoped in renewable blocks of time (BOT) as follows:
- 16 Hrs (2 Business Days) Standard Business Hrs
- 24 Hrs (3 Business Days) Standard Business Hrs
- 40 Hrs (5 Business Days) Standard Business Hrs
